Our Commitment in Exceptional Circumstances..

At CMC, we recognise that some health and care organisations face moments of genuine pressure—where patient safety, staff wellbeing, or service continuity are at risk, but the resources to seek formal support are not available.

In these exceptional circumstances, CMC may choose to provide support on a pro-bono basis. This is not part of our standard delivery model, but a reflection of our belief that ethical responsibility sometimes requires action beyond commercial consideration.

Where the need is clear and the potential impact on patients and frontline staff is significant, we will step in to help organisations stabilise, regain control, and make informed decisions—particularly across contracting, governance, and critical supplier relationships.

Boundary and ethical practice

Pro-bono support is offered selectively, for a defined purpose and duration, and in a way that does not compromise the sustainability of our business or the fairness of our relationships with clients and partners. This ensures our actions remain responsible, transparent, and aligned with ethical business practice—allowing us to continue supporting organisations over the long term.

This commitment reflects our roots in health and care, and our belief that ethical practice means supporting the system when it matters most.
